Penny was appointed Head of People, Culture and Operations in September 2020. She is a highly experienced HR professional with a commercial mindset and a strong focus on employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and operational delivery.

Penny works closely with the Partnership to deliver firm-wide initiatives that support both short and long-term goals. Her role spans:
