Fred is a Trainee English Solicitor in Viberts’ Dispute Resolution team, having joined the firm in July 2023. He supports Advocates and senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious matters, focusing on clear, well-prepared casework and practical legal support.
A proactive role in commercial and trust disputes
Fred works closely with the team to manage all aspects of case preparation. His work spans a wide range of disputes, including:
- Contentious trust matters, acting for trustees and beneficiaries.
- Construction and contractual disputes.
- Contentious probate cases, including légitime and rapport à la masse.
- Debt recovery.
- Personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
