Supporting clients across employment, discrimination and corporate matters
Jordan is a Trainee English Solicitor in Viberts’ Corporate & Employment team. He assists with a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on employment and discrimination law, working alongside both individual clients and businesses.
Practical support for employment and corporate matters
Jordan works closely with senior lawyers to deliver clear, commercially-minded advice. His current work includes:
- Advising on compromise agreements and exit negotiations.
- Supporting contentious matters, including Tribunal proceedings.
- Assisting with non-contentious employment documentation and policies.
- Working on corporate transactions, including M&A and banking matters.
He collaborates with Vicky Milner (Partner) and Rebecca De Freitas (Associate), while also supporting the wider corporate team.
Jordan also brings previous experience in:
- Family law, including matrimonial and children proceedings.
- Private client matters such as wills, powers of attorney and probate.
- Capacity and estate planning matters for both Jersey and foreign clients.
A grounded approach
Jordan enjoys staying active and takes part in a variety of sports. He also loves to travel and brings a broad perspective to his legal work always focused on what matters most to the client.
